terrible because each time I have filled out the questionnaire via donor360, like today, I could not scan the QR scan or rather should I say it didn't work. And I want the advantage of being able to come in to CSL and scan the questionnaire and get into line quickly, especially when there is a long line and I don't want to be wasting time having to use the kiosk to do the questionnaire.

The Paysign app csl uses keeps crashing before the login page. You can't transfer funds to a bank account. The fees were supposed to be less, but a nickel and dime fee setup is ridiculous. Also, it is not an auto payment of any amount to a balance. Unless you specify an amount, you are charged. As for the Hillsboro location.... the facility is dirty. Needs a good dusting and overall cleaning. There are some Excellent employees and some who aren't. Staffing issues cause late openings/early close

The app is pretty much worthless. It keeps having an ERROR when I try to redeem my iGive rewards points. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app to see if it would fix itself. Then I tried to log in, and it just sits there loading for over a minute, then it tells me, "ERROR, something went wrong, please try again later." How am I supposed to redeem my points and access my profile when you can't maintain your app. Honestly, it kills my motivation to even go donate.
