Biblical Aramaic Vocabulary is a flashcard study companion for the Aramaic portions of the Hebrew Bible: Daniel 2:4b–7:28, Ezra 4:8–6:18 and 7:12–26, and Jeremiah 10:11. Biblical Aramaic has a small vocabulary — 675 words — so the whole language is here, rendered in the Ezra SIL font for accurate square-script text with vowel points.

STUDY THE WHOLE VOCABULARY
• Frequent Words — all 675 words, commonest first, in groups of 25. The first few groups already cover most of the text.
• Reading Daniel — 46 lessons introducing each word where you first meet it, from Daniel 2:4b to 7:28.
• Reading Ezra — 24 lessons in reading order through the Aramaic of Ezra.
• The 22 letters of the alphabet, including final forms, and 17 vowel points with pronunciation guides.

STUDY MODES
• Flashcards — tap to reveal, swipe to navigate, flip animation.
• Quiz — multiple choice and typed answers in both directions (Aramaic→English and English→Aramaic).
• Matching — pair Aramaic words with English meanings in timed rounds.

The vocabulary is derived from the Westminster Leningrad Codex with morphological tagging, so every word's frequency and first occurrence is exact, with glosses from public-domain lexicography checked against the standard grammars. It suits any introductory Aramaic course, and pairs naturally with the Biblical Hebrew Vocabulary app from the same family.
