There's way too many problems in this app to cover in one review. The biggest ones I have are that there is no overall map of the transit system to look at. You have to choose specific lines to see where they run. It's also extremely annoying when I'm trying to scan my phone to get on the bus, and an ad starts slowly creaping up the screen that I can't close out of. It just seems like this app has too many problems to fix. I have encouraged my local transit agency to seek other options.

Its...ok...at best...when it works. There are no real-time notifications regarding delays, canceled busses, bus breakdowns, etc. It seems like half or more of the busses aren't equipped with GPS to work with the app in my area, and about half of the time, my app is slow to load despite having performed maintenance on my phone. The inability to save multiple forms of payment is incredibly frustrating. The latest update seemed to make the app run even slower and more glitches.

Greetings. Bus times are entirely dependent on the bus GPS systems managed by your local transit agency. However, you should be able to opt in to view Umo App notifications by tapping the navigation menu and selecting Settings > Notifications. Thank you -The Umo App Team

Using in Victoria, BC. The app is convenient but you PAY for it. Paper tickets are cheaper, one ride for $2.25, day pass for $4.5 while the app charges one trip same as cash = $2.50 and day pass for $5, which I find unfair. After all, buying tickets in advance should be equal to loading funds into the transit app in advance. The difference doesn't seem much, but it adds up. Until they change the pricing, I'll keep using paper tickets
