Ratings and reviews

For me the app is useless until it has VPN support which is offered in the routers standard web UI. Also a suggestion, add the ability to swap out the 4 options on the front page (just above 'more') for any of the options in the more list.

Router Details: Firmware Version: 2.4.19 Model: Cudy M1300 V2; Issues: Remote user blocking is not working properly. When accessing remotely, disabling Internet from: 01. Clients > Select Device > Turn Off “Internet” toggle does not block the user. 02. Similarly, Parental Control > Select Profile > Pause Internet also fails remotely. This is a critical feature and must work reliably. Please fix this urgently, as remote management is unusable without proper user blocking functionality.

There’s a bug with the MAC filter (allow list) feature in the app. When I disable the internet, a device that was previously disabled still appears online instead of being blocked. When opening the device details, it looks like the internet is active, even though its MAC address has actually been removed from the allowed list (and the device is indeed blocked).when I toggle the internet off and then on again, the MAC address gets re-added to the allowed list, and the device’s internet starts.
