First, I am a paying member. With accessability to ALL of PinkCupids features, I find this to be a very robust App, and one of the best at that. Search criteria options are thorough and detailed, messaging is flawless and the navigating tabs completely relavent. I was a free member for a long time before ugrading. I can honeslty say that the App can't be given a fair chance without upgrading. It's been game changing. Yes, really. ;)

While selecting interests during profile setup, I was logged out. After trying to log back in, it said my account was terminated. I clicked the button to request reactivation which opened a support ticket. After describing what happened and submitting, I got an email saying their Fraud Department needed a color image of my license or passport. Too bizarre for me - I uninstalled.

This app is like a deserted wasteland! The first 5 or 6 people I scroll past have been active within the last week, and the rest is just pages and pages of abandoned profiles. I think what's happening is people are realizing that they have to pay to communicate (a service which is free on most dating apps) and ditch. And the app design is also unattractive. It doesn't look like those stock images they're showing you above. A disappointment.
