About this app

Use SugarPixel Hub to configure your SugarPixel dedicated blood glucose pixel clock for BG readings and alerts (sold separately).

- Configure multiple SugarPixels from the same app
- Add blood glucose data sources for Dexcom and/or Nightscout to follow up to two continuous glucose monitors.
- Customize your alert levels and audio or vibration types
- Select your preferred display from the available options
- Update your SugarPixel firmware over the air

Dosing decisions should not be made based on the SugarPixel hardware. The user should follow instructions on the continuous glucose monitor system. SugarPixel is not intended to replace self-monitoring practices as advised by a physician.

I was so excited to use this to help me with my lows and everyone was hyping it up just to find out its a POS. it won't connect at all to my Dexcom account. I know for a fact my username and password are correct, I've followed all the trouble shooting tips in the app. The box didn't even come with a manual. The quality is very cheap for the price. Overall VERY DISAPPOINTING. Find another product.

the sugar pixel itself is amazing once you've set it up but the app is shocking, if the app worked and wasn't a mess around every time you want to change your settings it would be a easy five star

Can be frustrating on initial setup. Spectrum users must go into settings and change the signal for setup purposes. There is an option to do this for 30 minutes. UPDATE: I received a notification for an update. It disconnected me from wifi and now the sugar pixel is unusable. Side note for spectrum internet users. Everytime you change the settings you have to reconnect to wifi every time!....
