App was great until I updated it, now nothing works. Anything I try use it for just opens a box with something about a delay.

app stops working and we lose internet to all devices. always have to wait 2 business days to get it back. most Friday nights the app stops working and goes out and they don't fix it until Tuesday since the internet company doesn't know what to do when the app messes up. it keeps my devices paused the whole time.

It doesn't always detect my devices, so I cannot turn the internet on or off to them. When I call customer service for assistance, they have no idea how to fix it. Your password and information are not safe and secure with this app. Be careful with extra charges. They make you pay extra to use the people section. This app is not free like they say. They charge you on your bill to use it and don't inform the customer.
