📲 How do I get started?


Simply download the app, select your state and then enter your mobile number, a username and a password. We will send you a text to confirm your identity and have a few short security questions. Then, you are all set! If more security is needed, we may ask for a photo ID.


🏦 When will my money arrive?


Payments to a bank account, cash pickup, and mobile wallet are usually instantaneous. Bank account payments can take longer if there is a delay in the receiving country.

Ratings and reviews

I heard about Dahabshill from a friend and downloaded the app to send money to family and friends. I was asked to register and upload my driver's license and passport information. It's been two weeks without any follow-up, and I still can't send money. I called the 1-844 number and waited for 20 minutes with no response. The leadership needs to improve customer service and engagement.

Dahabshiil service is zero, the verification process takes forever, even though this is my 5th transaction with them and yet I login with my bank ID on the app. Their customer service are robots, keep sending same auto response yet do nothing. I do not recommend them, they are absolutely useless 😒 😑

I will not give any star to this app because it is the worst I have ever used. I sent money and I have been calling 📞 and no answer. I have submitted everything they requested yet more than 5 hours the verification process is yet to complete.
