Update - Now they have automatically downgraded my subscription back to the free plan 3 months before my yearly subscription is over. Convenient how the auto switch works in their favor but can't figure out how to have it work in the customers favor Monthly to yearly unable to use yearly. Update then I shouldn't be charged for the last month under the yearly subscription if I'm unable to use it until current is over. This should be something communicated to customers before upgrade purchase.

Bought the premium and I'm still being charged the 3.99 monthly with the annual pricing? What's up with that!? I also have no premium features since the payment went through, so that's upsetting and a total waste of money if your app can't even recognize when someone has agree to try premium and then pay for it. Why would I expect a. 3.99 charge if you are going to be taking an annual fee too? Is there any way I can receive the premium access I bought, otherwise I'll cancel both rate accordingly

I keep finding more reasons to love this app.every day I find a new thing I love about it.and this is just the free version.thar being the case I'll definitely get premium as soon as I can. moon phases tarot.educating yourself on that and crystals etc it's truly an amazing app. even has horoscopes and numerology to boot -another reason to love it every single day!
