About this app

Train Smarter with Data

Dailythm Run is a running analysis app that helps you objectively understand your running by analyzing sensor data and heart rate collected during your workouts.

It visualizes elements that GPS alone cannot capture—your running rhythm, body movement, and heart rate changes—providing insights to help you reflect on your daily training.

Running isn’t only about speed.

“How did today’s run differ from yesterday?”
“Is my form becoming more stable?”
“Is fatigue affecting my running style?”

Dailythm Run helps you interpret these small day‑to‑day changes through data, guiding you toward a running style that fits you best.

Do you struggle with any of these?
• Your performance isn’t improving even though you’re training
• You’re unsure whether your running form is good or bad
• Heart rate and pace data don’t tell you how to improve
• You’re not fully utilizing your running data
• You want an objective way to evaluate your training results

Dailythm Run supports your training by visualizing data clearly and helping you reflect on your runs.

Running Analysis Using Smartphone Sensors
Dailythm Run uses built‑in smartphone sensors—accelerometer, gyroscope, and more—to analyze your body’s movement while running.

No special cameras or motion‑capture equipment required.

From smartphone sensor data, the app calculates:

• Ground contact time
• Cadence
• Forward lean angle
• Step length
• Running stability

These metrics reveal characteristics of your running that are hard to notice on your own.
By recording consistently, you can objectively track changes in your form and movement patterns over time.

Heart Rate–Based Training
Dailythm Run connects with Bluetooth‑compatible heart rate sensors to record and analyze your heart rate during runs.

This allows you to understand training intensity and physical load—information that pace alone cannot provide—helping you train at the right effort level.

For more stable measurements, we recommend using a chest‑strap heart rate sensor.

Key Features of Dailythm Run
• High‑precision sensor data analysis
Captures smartphone sensor data at a high sampling rate to analyze subtle body movements during running.

• Millisecond‑level motion analysis
Breaks down each step at millisecond resolution to visualize changes in ground contact time and rhythm.

• Running stability visualization
Shows variations in movement and form as numerical indicators, helping you identify fatigue‑related changes and improve stability.

Detailed Insights on the Web Dashboard
Recorded data can also be viewed on the dedicated web dashboard for registered users.

Information that is hard to see on a smartphone is displayed clearly on a larger screen.

• Running history
• Training trends
• Running analysis results
• CSV export (available on specific plans)

This helps you organize your records and reflect on your progress over time.

Plans (Upcoming)
The free plan provides basic recording and analysis features.

Advanced analysis, the web dashboard, and CSV export will be available in paid plans.

Ads are displayed in the free plan.

About Dailythm
Dailythm aims to help people understand their body movements through data and build sustainable exercise habits tailored to each individual.

Dailythm Run is the first step toward that vision.

We plan to expand our services to support various activities, building on the technology developed through running analysis.

What’s new

New: share your run chart in a photo. "Share with a photo" can overlay the pace / heart-rate line chart — via "Show XY chart" or new "Large chart" / "Route + chart" layouts. 1 km splits show each value.

New: chart noise reduction for GPS / sensor jitter — distance / point moving average or 1 km splits (adjustable), auto spike removal (on/off), Y1 / Y2 axes set independently.

Fixes: long-run uploads failing; Free-plan misdetection after Google sign-in; map disappearing. Privacy policy updated.
