This app was fine when I started using it a year ago and in the last 5 months it's gone completely downhill. IT, you NEED to fix this "request timed out" error. This is how we know what our schedules are, this is how we make our money. Bad enough the auto pick up and auto drop functions were removed, so now when a shift is dropped, it's literally a race to see who logs in fastest and clicks pick up. Make App Function Again 😒

Terrible. It hasn't been working for a month or longer for me now. I've done everything I can to try to fix it. I've reinstalled it multiple times, cleared cache, cleared data. And every time I try to log in again it says Request timed out. Retry. Someone fix this please. It's so annoying and inconvenient to continually deal with this.

this app is awful. all the "improvements" and still can't access the app more than half the time. if I'm ever lucky enough for it to load, I screen shot my schedule because the next time I try to it could give me "timed out" messages for days. I've been with the company for 8 years, been through 2 different versions of the app, I don't even know how many updates, and it's the worst it's ever been. please fix this already
