Forget about the app. Skip the bank all together. Took 43 days to open a debit account. I have so far had to restore my log in pin 4 times and they send you the new pin over traditional mail!!! The app crashes and it is a nightmare to find what you need. Also not all functions seem to be enabled in the app so you end up going to the website anyway and in my case requesting a new pin after completing a transaction. I'm receiving letters from all the services I had automated payments with...

Basic functions work as expected, however I can't add my DB card to Gpay, so lost the capability to pay by mobile phone in-store; a big nuisance (personal perception). The app keeps saying something went wrong and I should try again later but it's been like this for nearly a week. Two calls into the DB helpdesk - in total 35' - couldn't resolve either. Therefore, 3 out of 5 stars.

The new UI is horrible! decreased font size, illogical icons, undecipherable "budget circle" (compared to the old version). Everything was made more complicated and the most incompetent thing was the two colour approach, not even offering "dark mode" (big minus point). The only thing that works "better" is the connection to the photoTAN app.
