They lied about the cashback scheme on opening of the savings account. I am still waiting for the 250 rupee movie voucher of book my show and cashback of 750 rupees on the spending of more 1000 rupees via digibank debit card. This cashback offer is told to me by the Digibank bank executive on the opening of the account. Thankyou very much for the fast response. I hope that the Digibank will improve its service.
This is an honest review about the digibank, i am using MI note 4 phone & earlier it was working perfectly. But suddenly it stopped working. I contacted customer care & As told by digibank customer care personnel, "if you are using MI phones digibank will not work and if you want to use this app you need to buy a new phone" Guys i suggest you please dont use this app, these people and fraud, dont know someday they will say that your money has gone. So think 100 times before using this app.
I have made two transfers from account to dbs account and the time taken to transfer the amount is in days not even in hrs. your customer support is too slow if I have registered a complaint today ,they will get back to me after 7-8 days. I will appreciate if you guys work properly and will improve rating
Don't expect a free coffee as soon as you open digisaving account. When I asked the CCD guy about my coffee he told me to get the CCD code from DBS. DBS never bothers to communicate the CCD code to you. You are left at the mercy of auto chat and getting in touch with with a support employee is Herculean task. DBS guys, don't promise if you can't deliver.
I love the idea of not dealing with bankers who keep harassing you into buying investment products/mutual funds. Great app with good offering. Only problem is that while it doesn't give you a cheque book, it should let people deposit cheques at the branch. One cannot operate this account as a primary account. A savings account in another bank is always required to put money received by cheques into digisavings account.
I had booked an appointment for 3 times and your executive came for 3 times and they not able to complete the verification as your server was not reading the reference number which was shown on the application. Again I called up customer care and they asked me to close the account and open a new account. It would have been better if they would have resolved the issue instead of asking me to close the account.
