Its a nice app so far. But lately i am experiencing problems in adding payees. It says the account name isnt correct. I have again checked the payee account names and entering the details correctly. But it displays the same error. And live chat is not available. There shud be a call center to attend our calls and resolve our queries. Otherwise this account as as good as a paytm wallet. I will appreciate a reply from digibank
Don't expect a free coffee as soon as you open digisaving account. When I asked the CCD guy about my coffee he told me to get the CCD code from DBS. DBS never bothers to communicate the CCD code to you. You are left at the mercy of auto chat and getting in touch with with a support employee is Herculean task. DBS guys, don't promise if you can't deliver.
Excellent service. I really appreciate the way digibank works. But I have a suggestion to make,if Incorporated,it will be of great help for those who want to start digisaving account and also DBS will get much more customers. My suggestion is that rather than verifying the Aadhar by biometric verification which is little time taking and sometime troublesome also you should get the verification done through OTP on the mobile number attached with the Aadhar number. That will be haselfree instant verification. Even government department are using this system to get aadhar verified
I love the idea of not dealing with bankers who keep harassing you into buying investment products/mutual funds. Great app with good offering. Only problem is that while it doesn't give you a cheque book, it should let people deposit cheques at the branch. One cannot operate this account as a primary account. A savings account in another bank is always required to put money received by cheques into digisavings account.
It's unfortunate that I had to review the app for genuine/basic technical issue. Can't find customer care number for tech support. Only virtual assistant, Only useful general procedure and usage guide. I am unable to find entry field for card expire date while funding account through another bank debit card. Netbanking mostly stops halfway. Let me hope I get support to overcome the issue and possible fix with this review.
The app is good. Every service they offer is also fine but sometimes I face trouble when I need help immediately. Because AI can't give us every answer it can only give specific answers. One other thing they should offer is Cheque book. Without cheque book banking facility doesn't fulfill. The live chat should work all time. I'll be happy to change my rating to 5* if they provide better customer care service via call and all above things. Thank You.
