I have diners card only for lounge access. on 4th July, On Dubai Airport T3, my multiple attempts at Ahlan and Marhaba lounge failed. Even though I got sms for deduction of $1, the lounge access were declined. Tried all possible ways I.e. Priority pass App, Physical card, this app, re registration and re log in, called customer care. I had to pay out of pocket for lounge access.

worst ever app I found om the app there is not less than one star otherwise can give lower many features but not useful as very slow also booking lounge click on select card is horrible 20 times need to punch than it will select after selecting again ask card number to debit my account but when I put details it shows invalid card. no any connection internal for details

Recently I tried booking a ticket by redeeming my points. The points got deducted, but the ticket didn't get booked. It's been a week that the points are not reversed back yet to my account. I have been following up with the support, but to no avail.

What’s new

This release includes access to our Offers platform which will only be visible to Cardholders from India. Additionally, the Wi-Fi product has been removed; updates to Airport lounges to include new Bin ranges access; and the ability to push Pop-Up messaging to select Cardholder Bins.
