Ratings and reviews

I'm going to start by saying my money was refunded by the developer. I was signing up for DealDash and didn't realize there is an initial charge of $39.99. I don't understand if that was my initial bid on an item or if it is some other fee, such as a monthly subscription fee, for example. The few bids I placed didn't show how much each bid cost. The developer needs to reconfigure this app to include either better information or larger, in case the print is so small we cannot see it

I participated in one bid but opted out after a few minutes. I searched some other auctions to see if any captured my interest. I was on another app relaxing when my bank contacted me about an attempted $33 charge. Be wary, people. Update: I contacted Deal Dash and they reversed the purchase. Thank you, Deal Dash Support.

I was fine spending a little cash to play budding wars, but when I looked at my credit card and saw a charge that I didn't authorize, I was a little angry to say the least. I did not authorize a $40 charge, I only authorized two $7 charges. I was ripped off, not cool, at all UPDATE: Customer service was pleasant and easy to work with, everything was resolved. The app itself is fun and addictive, you don't always win, but it's spellbinding to play. And who knows, you might win a PS5 for cheap!
