Appalling customer service. Food was half an hour late and cold. Was offered £12.50 credit instead or reimbursement. Credit is useless, I am never using your appalling service again! Driver was not contactable even as I could see him going the wrong way! Customer service were useless. Avoid.
I use this when I'm away working during the week and I've never come across an issue. It's easy to use and the stuff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is giving a reason to the user when their delivery has been delayed as to why it's been delayed instead of having to contact customer support.
App itself is fine, but deliveroo customer service is a joke and borderline scam. I can't fault the restaurants or the drivers - they have the odd issue - but deliveroo as a company should be ashamed of its support services.
Kind a works okay as long as you're on the happy path. If your payment app crashes you get stuck in a waiting for payment loop. Room for improvement.
I would like to share an experience with placing an order, but that's impossible considering the app breaks every time I open it and a message saying "we are currently experiencing high demand" pops out.
Pathetic app..too many bugs.. tried to order using delivroo credit and it charged me additional amount other than what was shown on the checkout page..
Bug fixes and performance enhancements might sound boring, but they make ordering food with Deliveroo even better. There’s nothing boring about that, right?
