the app should give you a warning that the window for making delivery orders is about to close. since i placed my order 3 minutes after that time had closed, i had to change the location I was ordering from, and change from delivery to pick up. And since i will be forced to pay for a Lyft, i had to adjust the amount of the tip from $15.00 to $0.00.

Love the restraunt, but really dislike the app. It is always missing more than half the menu. It has almost become useless at this point since everytime you try to place an order it won't allow it. I don't know how or why it is so difficult to make this work correctly. When every other food place seems to be on point with accurate menus and ease of ordering. We have basically started ordering elsewhere because others Apps don't have these problems .

I tried to send feedback 3 times in the app, but each time it failed. Shocker. The space to review it here is too limited for what I have to say so bullet points will have to suffice. 1. Super laggy 2. No Value Menu (when people are already struggling!) 3. Trying to force a 20% tip at the end for a pickup order? Who gets that, struggling workers, the franchisee, or corporate? Completely, absolutely, 100 % ridiculous! I'm looking for a competitor who values my business more or staying home.
