I was able to place an order - eventually. But I did come across a super annoying bug that I had to bypass first. I was trying to order a specific item, but every time I clicked on it, the app would redirect me to confirming my pickup restaurant, and then when I did that it would drop me back on the menu again instead of at my items page. It did this several times until I forced stopped the app, and reopened it. Then it acted right.

The app said there's a welcome offer, but it only gives rewards after you've made purchases. It said to scan my receipt, so I paid and immediately went to scan, and only then did it tell me I had to scan before paying. I asked the worker and they said I had to have done it first and there's now no way to add it on, even though literally 30 seconds had passed since I'd paid. Everything in the app is unclear and it's not that user friendly. I've already decided to delete it.

The app used to be pretty good, but the past few months when writing in the "notes" section, it doesn't show up for the restaurant on their end. I usually like to have them put veggies on the side for a burger pick up order, so the bun isn't soggy, but the notes haven't been showing up for them anymore. As of today, the "notes" section doesn't show up at all though. So no ability to even try to add notes. Do better Denny's. It's not that hard to code an app š
