I was able to place an order - eventually. But I did come across a super annoying bug that I had to bypass first. I was trying to order a specific item, but every time I clicked on it, the app would redirect me to confirming my pickup restaurant, and then when I did that it would drop me back on the menu again instead of at my items page. It did this several times until I forced stopped the app, and reopened it. Then it acted right.

The app was absolutely horrendous to navigate and order from. I was unable to order as a guest multiple times. I then tried to log into my account and it made me change my password. It would not accept any passwords that I attempted to input that met the requirements. After around 10 minutes I was finally able to order as a guest. Iwas then unable to file a complaint through the app. Nor would it open the Facebook Messenger chat. It's 2025 Denny's. Get it together.

Ran me through all these questions just to open it. Sign in - "are you human?" - "I guess?". Forces me to reset my password, but I have to select "forgot my password". The reset button doesn't close when you hit submit, so I get multiple reset emails. The password reset site doesn't do anything when I hit submit, so I assume based on their previous poor UI choices that it's actually reset & I sign in. Success! "Are you human?"... why? And just like that! 35 easy clicks and I'm finally signed in!
