Update: i reached out to support, and they were able to fix the problem. App is great for communication and scheduling of services for my pup at daycare. 4 star due to length of time to correct issue (8 days). App has not worked in over 3 months. I keep getting an unknown error message. Un-installed app and then installed again. Same error. Cleared cache. Same error.

The app would not send a verification code to my phone number. I tried several times. I tried my spouse's phone number, and it worked. I entered all of my pets' information into the app, then it all disappeared. I started over, entered my spouse's number again, and received the same verification code as the first (hmmm). I entered my pets' information again and reached the point where I could save a password. However, the app had an error and could not save any data. So, I uninstalled the app.

Glitches too much. Finds my account after providing my phone number, I make a login password, then it has absolutely no information for me after I get into the app. Then, it doesn't allow me to add personal information. I have tried uninstalling and installing it back with no change. Unusable at this time.
