Been using it for over 2 years now been great. Never had a problem with it till this resent update after the merge with schwab. When I have TOS open and looking at a chart, go to a different app, then back to TOS, the screen will randomly start shaking/freeze. The only way to fix it is to close the app. Not a big nuisance unless you're actually in a trade. Plus on occasion when you close the app you have to fully reenter your password instead of it using the facial/finger print recognition

All my price alerts disappeared and reappeared 4 or 5 times today, very weird. And now I can't set any new ones. Plus daily P/L is still calculated incorrectly. It shows you the P/L based on current account balance not on the balance from yesterday's close. For example, if I double up from $100 to $200, my daily P/L will say +50% instead of the correct +100%. I have brought this up repeatedly and nothing has changed, hopefully Schwab will fix it.

Extremely unreliable. App randomly goes into the loading animation or just says "unavailable" and i have to close and reopen. The regular TD app works perfectly so I k ow it isnt an internet connection issue. TOS is just unreliable constantly going into a loading screen on the buy page. The TD app also sucks since it doesn't show me my remaining buying power in the order preview making the regular TD Ameritrade app worthless for order fills. I regret moving from interactive brokers.
