just lazy tech. there is a better way. never works right and forgets my balance. better to just tap to pay on the machines. 10 minutes to start 6 dryers so now they won't stop at the same time. no respect for our time or energy. Update: charged me $25 for a $2.75 load and used my available balance instead. I have $0 available in the app. this is just theft.

App usually waits until extremely high volume days like the weekend to stop working, but don't worry, this app works enough to take your money, no problem. Getting good communication between the app and the location you're at, that's a roll of the dice, and the odds are always decreasing. Unfortunately you're out of luck if you rely solely on this service. Best to just carry around 5 pounds of quarters like it's 1982

It's like a 50/50 shot if it'll work. Most of the time, I manage to get one washer going or sometimes none and then when I go to enter the machine number and it gives me an error code saying that machine can't be used. For every. Freaking. Machine. It's a really annoying bug. Would be 5 stars if not for that. They only ever do a $1 hold on my card.
