About this app

Most fasting apps count down. FastGuard is built for the moment the countdown stops mattering — when you're standing at the fridge at hour 14, about to give up.

THE CRISIS BUTTON

Tap it and FastGuard doesn't just say "you can do it." It makes you breathe for 3 minutes, shows you exactly what you're about to lose, and helps you decide with a clear head.

It won't work every time. But saving you 3 out of 10 times means 3 more fasts you actually finished.

The button stays fixed at the bottom of the screen while you fast. No scrolling to find help when you need it most.

BUILT FOR REAL FASTING

· 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or set your own goal
· Live timer with your current fasting stage
· Notifications when hunger hormones peak — so a craving feels expected, not like failure
· Danger-window alerts before the hours you usually break

WHEN YOU BREAK A FAST

Ending early isn't failure, it's data. FastGuard asks what happened — the time, the trigger, the feeling — and turns it into a pattern you can see. Over weeks you learn which hours are actually dangerous for you.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS

· Full history of every fast, completed or not
· How many cravings you've beaten this month
· Streaks, milestones, and achievement cards you can save
· Schedule your next fast the moment you finish one

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your fasting history and journal stay on your device. No account required to start.

Available in English and Korean.

FastGuard is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting extended fasts, and don't fast if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or managing a condition such as diabetes or an eating disorder.

What’s new

Longer fasts, because you asked

· The limit is now 7 days (168h), up from 5. This came straight from a review.
· New 6-day and 7-day goals — and you can schedule them too.
· Fixed a wrong "safety limit reached" alert that fired at 72 hours.
· 12, 14 and 16-hour goals can now be your default. For 16:8, at last.
· Achievement cards carry a QR code, so anyone you show one to can find the app.
· Added screen reader labels to the main buttons.
