Ratings and reviews

Rarely works. And when it does, there are no updates even when delivers are 4 hours late. Doesn't show where your delivery is at any given point. Very frustrating for a customer that has to rely on this app at least 5 times a week

It's great to see when a delivery is due to arrive. As it's for a project in a building that's not always manned.

When it works it's ok but often has errors. Also it doesn't track till vehicle reaches first drop and the tracking is often inaccurate.
