The application has just worsened after the recent update. It keeps on giving error messages, that app is under service. And few of the features have stopped working. And top everything, the customer service does not respond and the statements are having coded transaction details(which should be atleast understandable to the end user). It seems the IT team, forgot to test before they released the upgrade. So my experience has become from worst to nightmare.

After and during they update the system, the credit transaction crashed. Only tap purchased will be post dated via SMS, but the credit transactions no update at all. I transfered 500aed on June 18, 2024 from my NBD to DIB account, until now no added 500aed in my DIB remaining balance. I tried to call their customer service hotline, but difficult to connect. One more, all my transaction in the apps had been erased after their maintenance.

Call center is terrible. Long hold. And if the call get connected,all agents are incompetent and will connect back again to the IVR who never understood to solve any issue. You application sucks and does not allow to assist on transaction that can be done digitally instead of connecting to your pathetic IVR and call center. If there is a 0 star i will choose that instead of 1 star. I will definitely leave your bank because of the inconvenience and the hassle to get the assistance i required.
