24 hours credit card verification?? Are you kidding me? What kind of business practice is this? So I spend consider time picking what exactly I want to eat, enter my address and finally add my credit card as a payment. Click pay, and get a msg that I have to wait 24 hours for my credit card to be verified? Wow! What a waste of time and poor business practice. Also most menus are in Japanese with no option to translate it. Copy/paste feature is also disabled.

zero support no help you're alone in the delivery. I put my motorcycle fuel and pay for the order but just watch this: the app says pay 170 to pick up order and receive 150 from costumer? so I must put 20 from my money? navigation in app changes the path is three blocks ahead but iS the other direction, then discount you money, but is the app that makes you go in wrong direction, and suddenly minimize the map so you can see all México but no the route to deliver. $10 tarifs x envío. 0.90 x km

It crashes a lot, they removed a lot of the options they say it has when choosing the kind of delivery you can accept. It doesn't work properly over other apps. They removed payment methods for your wallet. There's no way to contact support as a user, only if you're in the middle of delivering an order otherwise don't even bother them, you don't exist to didi.
