Horrible first experience, when i made my first order, it gave no prompt that its automatically set on cash payment, and it doesnt give the option to change while the order is in process so when the delivery driver came i had no way of paying him, he canceled the order and i was left with a debt. Long story short im going back to using uber eats

I was in China for 3 weeks and used this app often. You can use English or Chinese for pick up and destination names and addresses. It is very inexpensive to use this app in China. The average cost for a 30 minute ride was around $2.50 USD, sometimes I felt guilty for paying so little!! The cars are clean and they give you the color and license number before driver arrives. Forget about taxis and metro. You know exactly how much you pay in advance and they are safe and very convenient.

**Update, removing 5 star review as I can no longer use the app. I keep getting an error saying online payment unavailable. Reached out to support and they asked for a pic of the error and for me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, they closed my issue before I could even respond. I have tried to get additional support but cannot. Super disappointed. Great service and usually cheaper than the competition. A must have app while in Mexico.
