This app has become frustrating and useless. Before, at the very least I was able to purchase phone cards and data plans. Now, not only has the user interface become less user friendly, meaning more stressful to navigate. But also I can't do anything with the app other than add accounts. When I try to click on the accounts nothing happens. I can't go into them, at most I can edit the account information. I am beyond frustrated, and I don't know why you decided to change the UI/UX.

before this app was very useful to check your balance, buy plans, pay plans for others, see all promotions benefits, new activities, and new gifts available. now this app is very useless I can't do anything on it when I open it just the interface after log in I can only edit profile change or remove account try to resolve this problem as soon as possible for all customers

😤Every time I try to edit my profile photo, it redirects to app info settings. What's even worse is that I can't even make changes to things that actually matter like my home address, which Digicel never actually tried to get correct even after I changed residence.
