This app is extremely problematic and full of bugs. My mobile account keeps registering as past due although my payments are current. My payment information also no longer saves to the device and has to be manually entered everytime I need to make a payment. Not sure why all of these problems have cropped up over the past year but the app worked much better in the past. Please fix these bugs.

It's rather annoying when the app crashes and automatically logs you out and then gives errors when trying to log back in. Yes, its convenient to add multiple accounts (I have a digi sim as well as an Unwired acc) but its a hassel to log back into the unwired account. Please fix the issue so that the app doesn't crash every week. Other than that, I really enjoy using digicel. Except when it rains.

It is absolutely abysmal. Basically nothing works, and every time the message from customer services is to renew or restart the app. If you are lucky it may work or not. Unfortunately Digicel has a monopoly more or less. Avoid them like the plague if you can!
