I cant top up using my credit card. I have to enter a voucher card into the app and then subscribe to the plans. When I try to top up with a credit card, I have to log in again when I'm already logged into my account. It won't let me create a log in account using my Google account. It is inconsistent with showing you plans that you've subscribed to and when it has expired. It's just not user friendly. Tends to cut off with error messages.

I would rate it higher but I just keep getting stuck everytime I'm trying to log back in and even my passwords don't work and its the same phone and I have updated the app.... somewhat disappointing...

I love the new update with it's new sleek interface and options, especially the function where we can buy top up using our credit cards. However I have trouble with the inbuilt AI chat (RUBY). The information it's providing are all outdated and incorrect. Furthermore, I would like it if you could let us access the app without the need of a mobile data plan. Let us use it without being charged for it. When I run out of mobile data, I want to access the app without one to buy new one.
