Taking pic to prove real person is major problem as it doesn't give a preview before taking the shot, so unless you get it exactly right (like, arms fully extended to get all of your face, camera pointed exactly at your face, without being able to see what you are taking) it keeps failing. As this step is needed to get Keypass, and as Keypass is primary reason for the app, the app is basically useless. I have now deleted my Digital ID (after spending an hour setting up and verifying documents)

As other people have mentioned, the face recognition to set up digital ID is extremely frustrating. It has a painfully slow three second countdown, then gives you a fraction of a second to align your face in the stupid little box before it mockingly says "We didn't get that :'(((((". If it fails too many times, there's a countdown until you can try again. I'm literally standing in a well-lit area with a completely blank background. The app is much less useful without this. Please fix it.

The worst app I ever used! There is a segment of the app where users are required to photo verify their ID by placing a phone on the electronic chip page of the passport. I wasted half an hour expecting phone to recognize the electronic chip. But the app never detected. Waste of time!
