Taking pic to prove real person is major problem as it doesn't give a preview before taking the shot, so unless you get it exactly right (like, arms fully extended to get all of your face, camera pointed exactly at your face, without being able to see what you are taking) it keeps failing. As this step is needed to get Keypass, and as Keypass is primary reason for the app, the app is basically useless. I have now deleted my Digital ID (after spending an hour setting up and verifying documents)

This is the worst app I've ever had to use for verification and I've worked for a company who developed their own digital verification app. You can't accept the agreements as the accept button is below the navigation bar. You have to delete your account if you change phones since you can't re-verify to regain access to the existing profile and having to start the process over again causes your SMS codes to exceed and stops you from making any further progress. Ridiculous

Tried to verify photo, standing in a relatively well-lit area (considering it's 11pm) in front of several plain backgrounds, verification repeatedly failed and now I've got a 25min cooldown till I can try again. Not sure what else I can do short of setting up my on-camera LED panel and shining that at my face or waiting till daylight and going outside (not that my place has any plain exterior surfaces). The app also doesn't give you much time to frame your face before it takes the photo.
