Ratings and reviews

The store is great. Love the employees. They are fast and efficient. Plus, you get free groceries after getting 10 perscripitions. But the online app needs a lot of upgrades. You can't get notifications about your scripts being ready. Or when medication will be available. It also has very limited information about cost and information about drug usag💊.

App works 10% of the time. I'd give negative stars if I could! Currently can't add Rx to the medications list. Very generic app & not very satisfied. Doesn't even send out notifications that Rx are done or need refilled. Rite Aid's app was so much better! Hometown needs to step it up if they want to continue keeping the Rite Aid customers!

I have many prescriptions. I've tried several times to delete the prescriptions that have 0 refills. Every time, they would be back on my list. It's very frustrating, especially when you're trying to write your current medications for the doctor.
