worked well for a while, several years, on my s21 ultra, then one day for unknown reason it no longer will take pictures with either the button on the cord or the icon on the phone. used for automotive and now basically useless if I can't take pictures. probably won't be buying more rubber protective sleeves if it is not gonna work properly. I've uninstalled and tried other things. ☹️

Like other users, I was using this without any issues from December until about last week, when it stopped recognizing my camera. Nothing wrong with the camera itself, as I have downloaded a different camera app, and it works there. Please let us know if there is an update. Also, there are numerous usage errors in the English text, which tends to reflect badly and deter users. I would recommend that the developers have someone proofread in order to improve the image.

well that was stupid.... to anyone wondering why it doesn't work. return your product, the mobile USB C adapter is faulty, the device works. Having replaced the adapter the image works, or you can use the camera app on your laptop via USB A (ie not using the supplied adapter). Either way the OTC View app is basic, awkward to use on your mobile, full of ads, difficult to quit out of, and a real pain to use.
