Box was undelivered, contacted support and refund was $4 short. Next week ingredient missing and some mold on the cucumbers. Lastly, the amount they show as charging in the app is always $3-$4 less than what is actually taken out of your account. Lastly, when I canceled today I have one more box coming, to take advantage of the refund for missing ingredients. However after I canceled, the app shows nothing so will see if I get my food as they have already charged me.

Good UI for the most part. Only think I might add is maybe have a "see ingredients and full steps" second button below "start cooking"? So we can see what we need asap instead of having to scroll down some more. Like in the next window, have ingredients but have the pop up shortcut to "ingredients" somewhere to access anytime, while looking thru steps. Hope this makes sense, you're doing great

I love the service (best meal prep for value, bar none), but the app has sluggish performance on most animations and new page loads. They also do this "cute" thing where a recipe will have more slides than it needs, and the extra slides just have text to try and indicate that their recipes are better because they're simpler? Don't let the patronizing marketing push you away, the service is great, but maybe manage things on your computer if you've got an older phone.
