Worst interface ever. Second time through: worse than I could ever imagine you are going to have to call them anyway - skip this sorry excuse for an app and call them first. 2020 update. Little improvement in 2 years. Hard to find controls you want. Unhelpful HELP menu. And very, very SLOW. DISH should be ashamed. 2024 update. No change. Still opaque, slow and buggy. Forgot my credit card. Couldn't use my bank account. Finally found a card it would take. No improvement at all. Going backwards.

App does not say whether or not a PPV movie can be recorded to the DVR. For me, this is a major problem. I record almost everything so I can watch it at my convenience, not DISH's. This is the third time now that I have rented a movie to watch later only to find out afterwards that I have to watch it now. Also, when I use the filters for PPV events in the app, the filters take up more than half of the screen space, leaving very little for the actual events.

Not real happy with my Dish service. Continually finding it hard to impossible to get our favorite shows on demand. Episodes being missing. And I had set up auto pay. Had plenty of money in my account. Then I get a late notice and I check my account. Auto pay is shut off. Second time this has happened. Now I will have a late fee. Technical issues? Dish is pricey so I expect better service.
