I almost gave it 5 stars because the account verification was fast unlike the other reviews here complaining that it's taking them a long time just to get verified. But here's the twist, when I tried linking my SSS number, it says "Invalid mobile number", which doesn't make any sense. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Horrible Customer Service - Stuck in a Loop. DiskarTech has the worst customer service. I submitted all the required documents to apply for my SSS card back on April 19, 2026, and up until now, I have not received a single update. I have sent numerous emails, but there is absolutely no resolution. My issue is just stuck in a frustrating loop. Their support team cannot assist, cannot respond properly, and cannot give a solution. It feels like they don't know what they are doing. Total nightmare!

For almost a month, my account has remained under verification, and I still cannot apply for a card. I have already contacted customer service through email, but their responses take a long time and do not provide any meaningful updates regarding the status of my account. The delay has been very frustrating, and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
