I've had this app for more than a year and decided to upgrade from basic to a savings acct last month. it has been more than a month of going back and forth with the CS team. no definite solution as to why my acct has been on-going verification for more than a month. nag refer ako ng tropa ko, wala pa one week verified na. this is by far, the worst app I've ever used.

I've been trying to coordinate my phone number as I no longer use it. it's been months yet still no updates, can't even pass through the automated system. this is frustrating, no phone number to call, no socmeds to reach to, the chat support is always "offline". remember, this is connected to our SSS!!! This is very frustrating.

I apply for the card but choose the wrong card to pic. So I reach out and still no answer. Hope they fix it. They should have another selection (back option to choose another valid id for verification) if the user choose the wrong card to pic for verification, so it will be smooth sailing but no. They made it so hard. Because it's just one time to select a card for a verification in order to make an SSS card. Which is happen to me right now. Very Useless and stressful!
