I downloaded this app to apply for my SSS ID, but the verification process keeps failing. I have already attempted to process 4x, and all attempts were unsuccessful. I even went to the nearest RCBC branch for assistance, but I was only advised to send an email. I have already reported the issue and am still waiting for action. This experience has been very frustrating and inconvenient. I hope this issue will be resolved promptly as this causes unnecessary hassle for applicants.

No wonder the number of downloads is still stucked at 1M since it is with worst verification process so far that i encountered. Submitted my ID and even checked the details if all correct. Tried verification more than 10x only to get verification rejected again and again. Even when you uninstall then install again, the details you provided is still there even if you wanted to change ID you could not proceed because the back button does not redirect you to the previous interphase. Worst app

I'm just wondering, why does the government authorize this app to process our SSS ID. While the app itself is very incompetent, there are a lot of bugs. Like, the place was requesting for your SSS number, and you give your "correct SS number" . But, the prompt says "you input invalid mobile number" ehhh??? The hell??? And also, what the freak, the customer service is very unprofessional and incompetent. Yes, they respond but it's a bot replies 😒
