I attempted to get myself verified multiple times in the past few weeks. But the ID verification process is not smooth. The camera being used for capturing the ID doesn't seem to be the main camera of my phone so the captured photos come out with a lot of noise. When I submit the the photos, I get asked to resubmit because of the poor photo quality. I am stuck on this process. With hundreds of thousands of funding, SSS should have gotten better service for this implementation.

Easy to register yes, but the process to activate the account as noted on your app is misleading. The activation is not within 24 hours. I registered my account is it has been days now going to two months my account is still not verified. Sent an email to support but no response. Please be professional enough in terms of your lead time and respond to follow up email. Better yet disable the app if you can't handle and manage it in a professional manner.

When you reach the step where you select an ID for verification, you can’t change the type of ID once you’ve chosen it. If you accidentally pick the wrong ID type, you have to wait for that choice to be verified. The problem is, if you don’t actually have the ID you selected, you won’t be able to continue—the system will just tell you the ID doesn’t match and ask you to recapture it. As a result, you'll be stuck on the verification process, like ME. I tried basic TS and even contacted CS but yep
