I particularly like the mobile phone loading of Diskartech, because there is no transaction fee, plus you get a 5-peso cashback. Aside from this, I am a regular user of its app when it comes to the mission of logging in everday and getting 25 cents. Moreover, I like high 4% interest rate on savings. For me, Diskartech is really a good brand. More power to you!

I've been registered for 3 months now, but my account is still under verification. and I can't even use the app. It's taking way too long, and there have been no updates regarding the status of my verification. Customer service is also disappointing. It takes almost a month before they respond to my concerns. The whole verification process has been frustating and unnecessarily slow.

Very disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to apply for the MySSS Card through DiskarTech, but the ID and selfie verification has been stuck on “Uploading” for 3 days. After waiting for several minutes, it takes me back to OTP verification, so I have to repeat the whole process again. I’ve already tried multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. What’s even more frustrating is that the support replies are only automated, with no clear assistance or solution to the problem.
