This app still has a lot of bugs despite its latest update. I can't even complete today's mission because it keeps getting error which is always the case when you try to do it at 1 or 2am. I don't understand how one of the awarded digital banks can't fix this.

I was able to create an account and submit my ID, but the verification process never got completed. The app also crashes at times, which makes the experience even more frustrating. There are moments when I can’t even log in properly. Because my account still isn’t verified, I’m unable to proceed with applying for a card. Overall, this has been very disappointing. I hope the developers fix these issues soon.

I downloaded this app to get an SSS ID, but every time I try to register, it says "invalid mobile number"—even though it doesn't ask for one. The only information requested is the SSS Transaction Number and SSS Number which I correctly provided. I've had this app for three weeks and find it completely useless.
