Definitely not renueng my subscription. The app is so bad. Firstly, downloading an episode takes forever (and it's not because I have slow or bad internet service). Then it started playing audio only with no picture, and then upgraded to always showing an error and thought it was that particular series, but it does the same on the new one I just started watching. That's not enough now my phone just started freezing. And from seeing the other reviews it looks like nothing is being fixed.

I do love the content included on Disney's platform. However, the functionality of their app requires urgent attention. On my Smart TV, episodes tend to freeze for a few seconds at a time if I move through the app too quickly. This does not happen with Showmax or DSTV stream. I then have to exit the app and try again, or else I will be watching bits and pieces of the episode where the sound and the picture do not align.

Such a terrible app!! For a company with so much money they've managed to make one of the worst streaming apps. The shows are decent, but the app on any device is awful! Replaying what you've already watched starts at the end, autoplay is nearly impossible to turn off, episodes often bug out or don't start at all (loading wheel of death), the lists are arbitrary. They get 2 stars only because they've got some decent shows and films, but I'd give 0 stars if I could for the app.
