How does it work?

It's that simple. Our Digital Diagnosis option allows you to submit your symptoms for provider review, while you get on with your day. You can also receive quick prescription refills with no office visit. On average, you'll receive your diagnosis and treatment plan, or prescription refill, in as little as 10 minutes! If the provider has any questions or concerns, they'll reach out to you for a call.

We also provide quick and easy medication refills.

Our doctors and nurse practitioners are board-certified and based here in the US. The questions used in our Digital Diagnosis are created and regularly re-evaluated by providers to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.

No insurance? No worries! Digital Diagnosis is available at affordable flat rates no matter what the reason for the visit is. Any prescribed medication is additional.

Ratings and reviews

This is the worst, most insulting waste of time I have experienced in a very long time. The "provider" was rude and didn't help me at all. In addition, you have to input a crazy amount of stuff on your phone, because you can't use the app any other way, and then you have to re-input it a bunch of times when you don't get anything from them. Total POS!!!

Worked well with the exception of medications. After typing in names of a med, nothing would come up. It didn't matter if I typed in the full name or partial, there were no choices. I take very common meds for high blood pressure and cholesterol, etc., so they should have been there. I guess there is a problem with the program.

With everything said I did get help. HOWEVER. The app effectively broke. I can't log in to finish getting my treatment. I can't find a help system or a means to contact tech support. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It didn't help.
