Don't care for app. Dont care for the company. Worst experience ever. I had to move everything with other people's help. Hate the app, hate the company. On top of that I received the email questioning my reasoning for providing bad comment. It is becoming more like a spam now, twisting what I said in my initial comment like that "I hate people" when I said I hate the company. When did companies become people? Anyway I am more unhappy customer than before. For one the app should grey out delivery times that it would be difficult to fulfill. Seems like the company is big enough to handle any requests. There are limits and company should recognize it's own limitations. This app has future, but didn't work for me that great. That's all.
Great service. Had to get a oversized toolbox down a narrow flight of stairs. Easy to schedule (on New Years Day) and the Dolly team followed up promptly. Would not have been able to get the toolbox in on my own.
Had trouble first attempt. Apparently I did something wrong the first time using the app but not 100% sure. Second attempt everything went smoothly. I got excellent service at a fair price.
Super easy to use, makes me not worry about moving deadlines. The Dolly I requested- the workers were punctual, efficient, and hard working. I recommend this to all my friends and have had a few used them and they were quite surprised how easy it made their move.
Had to have an industrial serger moved unexpectedly and was perplexed as to how, but then I remembered Dolly from my bus rides, it was advertised on CTA. It was so quick and easy. Will most definitely use again!!!! Thanks!!!
Super easy and convenient. Saved a ton of money on furniture delivery by renting a truck myself and hiring a dolly to help me unload and carry into my home. Would definitely recommend.
