If you want to get gray hair, then this is the place for you. 1. They charged the client twice, invoicing them twice within 5 days, and no one noticed this error!! 2. Their statistics are incorrect. They show 8 completed jobs out of a total of 17!! They say to restart the app. 3. I restarted the app and now I can't log in. They said their website and app are down and they'll fix the problem within 48 hours! 4. The support team doesn't know how their app works. They didn't train me at all!

Looks like scam app! My experience has been very disappointing. The app charges a $25 usage fee, but that doesn't mean you'll actually be able to work. First, you're told that you need to attend a workshop before your account can be activated. Then, even after completing the workshop, the account can still remain blocked and you still can't receive any tasks. The whole process feels very misleading. Paying a fee upfront without getting access to work makes this app look very much like a scam.

This platform has been nothing but problems from the beginning. I've had to talk to support numerous times to progress my profile status. I've had to verify my identity twice then talk to support to verify I verified. I had to talk to support twice to verify my new tasker workshop completion. Now that my profile is actually active after a month+ of back and forth, I am not showing up in searches. Support has no solution and will not help. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Avoid at all costs.
