Bought a FJZ air con and this app is supposed to allow you to use WiFi to control the air con unit whilst away from the van, it doesn't work and will also not allow you to update the firmware of the unit, please dometic sort this out

Hi, thank you for your review. As of November, 2025, all WIiFi connectivity to our AC climates has been disabled due to cybersecurity reasons. You can still connect to your coolbox via Bluetooth. Kind regards, Dometic Customer Support

Even post June 18th update, I can't get my cxf3 to pair with the app (It doesn't even really seem to be trying for more than 5 seconds). I'm forced to use the old app. In response to their response, no Wi-Fi was used in this attempt, all Bluetooth.

Since updating this app, its horrendous. The app requires you to sign in everytime and its so slow. previous app went straight to the unit without email and password. very annoying, why does this happen?
