Same experience as many other reviews. The app won't proceed to connecting with the cooler, even though my phone is connected via Bluetooth and to the cooler's wifi. Based on the number of other similar reviews and how old they are, it is clear that the Dometic team does not care about the customer. Completely unacceptable for a product that markets itself largely based upon the ability to monitor temperature remotely. Dometic needs to fix the app or provide a refund for false advertising.

Couldn't connect no matter what I tried. I turned on the cooler WiFi. I could see it on my phone's WiFi list. I selected it and entered password... Then nothing. And when I go back to the app, there's no new screen. Just the same screen prompting me 'NEXT' to connect. After numerous attempts, I finally have up. it just doesn't work. Samsung Note 8.

App doesn't work with Android 10. Launch the app and it instantly crashes when connected to the cooler's WiFi AP. Leaving rating at 1 star and telling friends/colleagues to stay away from Dometic products until this is fixed. Used to be a decent app, had to turn of mobile data when connecting to WiFi to overcome an issue with the way Android routes traffic, otherwise used to work good. Dometic, please get on top of updating your software, as more and more devices are upgraded to Android 10 you will receive more complaints and many more upset customers. As an alternative, you could release the API and let the community build their own apps to integrate with the device.
