Same experience as many other reviews. The app won't proceed to connecting with the cooler, even though my phone is connected via Bluetooth and to the cooler's wifi. Based on the number of other similar reviews and how old they are, it is clear that the Dometic team does not care about the customer. Completely unacceptable for a product that markets itself largely based upon the ability to monitor temperature remotely. Dometic needs to fix the app or provide a refund for false advertising.
