Ratings and reviews

This App is very recursive, laggy, full of ads and buggy. You need to complete a lot of steps to make a simple order, and that's if you're lucky. Many times the app reports "technical errors" that make you go back to the beginning of the order cycle. They tell you to call by phone due to those technical errors, but guess what: I'm using the app to avoid calling by phone. Completely useless.

I am extremely disappointed. I selected the payment option for cash/card on delivery. I wanted to pay with my card on the delivery. When the delivery guy didn't have a card machine, the restaurant wanted to return the order. I tried to call the restaurant but they don't respond until 12pm and I didn't have a way to contact them or pay online afterwards. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

I live in Alexandria and everytime I triee to order there was a connection issue with the store near me, when I was out the store near us had connection issue, when I was at home the store near me had connection issues, and the problem is if that happens you can't order through the app, they don't just route the order to another store, like I have two branches which are less than 800m apart but because the branch nearest to me isn't working, I can't use the app to order at all
