Ratings and reviews

This App is very recursive, laggy, full of ads and buggy. You need to complete a lot of steps to make a simple order, and that's if you're lucky. Many times the app reports "technical errors" that make you go back to the beginning of the order cycle. They tell you to call by phone due to those technical errors, but guess what: I'm using the app to avoid calling by phone. Completely useless.

an app that is a complete waste of time terrible ux, sluggish, wouldn't check out Late night hunger. First time app user. The app showed delivery in around 35 minutes, so I placed the order, used the first time promo code, and paid in full. The food never arrived. The app still marked the order as completed. No one had the courtesy to call and apologize. No proactive support. No ownership of the mistake.

if there is no star I will put it Worst application and very bad experience with customer service no one know any thing about any thing I had an issue with the order and they took the money from my card I called customer service and checked they said there is a confirmation for order then after one hour I called they said no order yet really disappointing and frustrating
