The first time I did a transaction, I was told it was cleared and had a receipt then days later the notified me that it had in fact not gone threw and I had to pay a late fee to my complex because the didn't tell me sooner. Now I'm forced to used the "certified payment" option. I would use my bank account which only has a 4$ fee but it isn't even listed on there bank options, so now I'm forced to use the credit card option with a 3.25% fee. It comes out to 30$! Worst app. Would switch if I could

Editing my review... Somehow went from decent to awful in just a few months. My tip for everyone would be to use the website, not the app. The app comes with a ton of bugs that weren't originally there... Such as hitting the "Make a Payment" button and it signs you out immediately, along with the option to pay with a previously used bank account being greyed out for no apparent reason. The terms of use say nothing about this supposed change. The website appears to be a workaround for this though

Awful & Scam Artists. I attempted to pay on 7/1. All week, my bank balance is the same, July 8, they notified me that payment was returned. Purposely waiting for the late fee deadline to pass and then notify me. The property manager also failed to notify me. Then I go to pay again, and I can't pay with my bank info. I am forced to use my credit card. So $165 wasted in stupid fees thanks to Domuso. I contacted my attorney and will file. This is why people end up on the streets. Landlords beware.
