Ratings and reviews

In some cities, the app is okay. Stations are limited, so your options for where you can drop off are limited, and there is no obvious way to see where stations are before renting a bike, so you just have to rent it and hope there is a station near your destination. In other cities, it's an absolute scam, the unused bikes waste limited bike parking space, and the lack of the ability to see the extremely limited number of stations makes the app functionally worthless.

Really like the app and it's relatively easy to find a bike, but most bikes are in disrepair with broken parts or difficult to ride altogether. Also, when first starting a pop up appears telling you that dropping off outside a drop-off location will incur a 2 euro fee, when in reality the fee is between 5 and 50 euro. I like the app, but I don't appreciate being lied to. Also there is no way to remove your payment information, hich also seems super sketch.

Half of the bikes have maintenance issues and are quite heavy. But worst of all, when I was renting for multiple days, I went to use the bike that I had been using for a days and I couldn't unlock it because they ended the multi-day rental with no explanation and charged me for leaving the bike outside of their designated parking spots. I was running late for an appointment, so I started a new rental of the same bike, which switched to the very expensive hourly price instead the multi day price.
