Dossaps is a clean, distraction-free interval timer built for Tabata, HIIT, and any workout that runs on timed intervals.

BUILD YOUR WORKOUTS
Create supersets - named routines where you set the work time, rest time, and a list of exercises in any order. Add as many exercises as you like, reorder them, and save for reuse.

TRAIN WITH A VISUAL CLOCK
The round-clock timer shows exactly where you are in each interval at a glance:
• A color-coded progress ring - green for work, blue for rest, amber for get-ready
• Remaining seconds large in the center
• Current exercise name and what's coming next
• Your position: "Exercise 3 of 8 · Round 2 of 4"

BEEP CUES
3-2-1 countdown beeps before each transition, a distinct tone at work <-> rest switches, and a finish signal at the end of your workout - so you can focus on moving, not watching the screen.

ROUNDS
Pick how many times the superset repeats before starting. One run-through or eight - your call.

PAUSE & RESUME ANYTIME
Pause mid-workout and pick up exactly where you left off. The screen stays on while the timer is running so you never have to tap to wake it.
