It's a nice alternative in the sense of being cheaper... however, drivers always get lost & come late then for some reason, I get "waiting fees" charged for me while I have been standing on the street for over 20 min.. Happened to me multiple times... now I would rather a more expensive taxi app with punctual times & no hidden fees

very bad application. Driver always cancel your booking if they got another higher price from the nearby passenger. The application still charge your money although your booking is canceled. No feedback no refund. wasting your time and wasting your money.

one of the useless applications. Drivers are rude and during peak time, no drivers. and they increased the prices to keep the drivers during peak. But, customer service is good for nothing. Even drivers complain there is no support from customer service. Promotions doest mean anything if drivers are not there and cancel before they reach you. not recommended for Ladies.
