This app sucks!!! IF, and that's a big If, i get the app to load at all, it lags so bad & once I'm finally able to login, error messages keep popping up saying draft kings stopped responding. IF I'm able to wait long enough for the app to load a game, it is so slow that I can't even play my favorite, the slots. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, several times. I've contacted my service provider about the data and wifi speeds - but it all boils down to the app. Now I'm waiting for withdraw! Ugh

I've been literally robbed. I been playing rocket. At first thought my mistake. Nope balance went down when I'd have to hit to join several times before its recognized but it was taking the money off my balance but not setting my place. I thought it fixed it each time but it didn't several times. Lost 80 that time and 500 or more in past couple weeks. Just circle jerked tryingto get help! Except snail mail! I have video proof but no one's there! Calling Gaming Commission this is just wrong!

The app is great as far as content and game play. It's informative and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the glitching is horrible. Numerous times the app has closed and booted me out. And when I'm able to actually stay in and play, the games lag really badly. They usually end up freezing or closing in the middle of Play. I also had to battle customer service chat agents about the new player promo I had. But eventually everything was worked out and fixed.
