Dropbox sucks at everything except storing files. It cannot search by any meaningful measure. You cannot organize by date modified, even though it's an option (it does nothing for folders). It has no metadata or any other search or organization function that is common in other similar systems. Now I cannot even search a folder name, the only actual method to find anything except manually going through all the folders. Once my business finds the alternative, we are switching.

It's gone so far downhill. A decade ago, I put everything important in Dropbox. 5 years ago, I swapped to putting new important things in Google Drive but keeping Dropbox as a backup. After growing more and more frustrated with Dropbox pop-ups and slowness anytime I wanted to find one file, I'm ripping off the band-aid and moving everything over. I don't want to upgrade. I don't want your AI tool. I don't want any pop-ups, ever. Stop harassing me.

Wants to backup only Photos/Videos automatically in a stupid, useless Timeline breaking all my sorted folder structures. I WANT an App that lets me simply choose ANY folders on my phone, Pictures, Videos, Audio, Documents & just mirror that folder structure in the BU App! None do this. E.G., if I want to BU my CD ripped Audio Album folders I must slowly & manually open folders to choose the songs in an album uploading all songs into a unstructured mess unless I create an Album folder in DBox.
