The application is well-designed; however, a significant drawback is the requirement to route the screenshot of the load request through the agent. What happens if the request isn't approved promptly? It would be more efficient if payments could be made directly through GCash, similar to other apps that allow subscriptions without needing to go through an intermediary.

I top up my DSCM wallet using Credit Card. Error appears on their app after successful debit on my credit card. Customer Service is useless, the debit transaction is successful on my Credit Card.

good but could be better without too much ads and please think about biometric log in option. thank you so much.
