Ordering through the Dunkin’ app is fast, easy and contactless! All app users can place their order ahead through the Dunkin’ app and skip the wait in store. Try all our contactless pickup options – walk-in pickup, drive-thru and curbside pickup! Options will vary by store. Check app for details.

Join Dunkin’ Rewards to earn FREE food and drinks!
Runnin' has its rewards. Join our new rewards program, DUNKIN’ REWARDS, to earn your choice of free food and drinks, unlock Boosted Status to earn points faster and score members-only exclusive offers. Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store or when they order ahead.

Pay Any Way
Dunkin’ Rewards members earn points any way they pay – cash, credit/debit, Dunkin’ Card or Google Pay. Dunkin' Rewards members can setup auto-reload so their Dunkin’ Card never runs out of funds.

Make it your own! There’s over 14,000 ways to customize your order when you order ahead on the app. Plus, Dunkin’ Rewards members can save their favorite orders and Dunkin’ locations, and schedule their mobile orders up to 24 hours in advance.

Ratings and reviews

Great app! Love how easy it is to use and especially how it has some safeguards to help pick the right location. I took one star off because the rewards program isn't as good as it used to be - most of the offers are things I don't want, also every new food item seems to be centered around bacon. One additional suggestion for the locations would be to list an intersection in the details so users don't always have to look at a map to decide if it's the right location.

First- The point system sucks with Dunkin. It takes forever to accumulate enough points for a free drink. It wasn't like this before! Second- You can't imagine how frustrating it is when you take the time to place an order, using points that you earned only to get to the store and be told they're out of something. They let you choose something else (I may not want anything else!!) they can refund you with cash but your points are gone forever!! Time to upgrade your app/system!

This app has gone from bad to the absolute worst! It used to allow me to place my order and then immediately charge my card, but when I would get to my Dunkin - usually within minutes - part of my order was always sold out. Then I have to fight for a refund. Now the app is no longer compatible with my phone. It won't even open, just basically says "too bad" in the app store. You win, Dunkin app! I've found somewhere else to get my mid-day caffeine fix!
