A great language learning tool, paired with the most annoying and emotionally manipulative methods of harassing users into daily practice. I would give 5 stars if y'all had an option for just regular daily reminders without the constant drama and guilt-tripping about having a life with responsibilities. Also, audio listening accuracy is unreliable. Sometimes a recording starts with a ding, sometimes it doesn't. And whether it hears you accurately is up to who knows what.

Excellently gamifies habitual practice, which increases my confidence speaking conversational Spanish, so it's worthwhile. Have had paid membership and free membership. Enjoyed both. There have been several times in the last several weeks where I'll be doing a lesson, and have either no options to select, or no question whatsoever to respond to. Have gotten no responses from developers about these issues when I report them, and they continue to happen. 3/5 stars for me - good when it's good.

At first, my experience was okish. It would have been 4 stars. Instead of teaching you with a tutorial, it just jumps into lessons. There's no 'here's your language of the word' then 'here's the word for it in the language being studied.' It had just put a sentence out there & you had to figure out eventually that if you click on the underlined word. Now everything is AI & all lessons, new & old, changed & are more confusing!
